👀 We had some special visitors at ARCH today.

The Titans of CNC Machining stopped by to check out our additive manufacturing production capabilities and see how we're using AM for real-world applications like tooling, jigs, fixtures, and more.

We showed them around our new headquarters and shared how Stratasys Direct brings multiple manufacturing technologies together under one roof.

They spent the day filming, asking great questions, and getting a firsthand look at what we're doing.

Now you'll have to wait and see what they thought. Stay tuned. 🎥

What happens when fashion stops thinking in 2D?

At the Secoli Fashion Show 2026 in Milan, emerging designers brought their ideas to life with garments enhanced by Stratasys 3DFashion technology.

This wasn’t just a show — it was a glimpse into the future of fashion.
Creating an idea by moving from a concrete thought to an abstract thought, and then returning to reality transformed by this experience. It is a creative process of experimentation that generates a space that’s alive. This journey leads to “divergent thinking,” defined by J. P. Guilford as a fundamental dimension of creativity that explores possibilities and generates innovative solutions by applying “Design Thinking,” an approach that builds/deconstructs, goes beyond established patterns, and emphasizes emotional meaning as a key to interpreting innovation.

Through our collaboration with Istituto Secoli, students explored how additive manufacturing can expand creative possibilities.
With the support of DHouse, they were able to understand the technology and translate their concepts into real, wearable pieces.

The result is a new generation of designers who don’t just imagine fashion — they rethink how it is created.

Proud to celebrate the grand opening of our Americas Regional Corporate Headquarters (ARCH) in Minnesota, an important investment in advanced manufacturing, engineering talent, and high-skilled local jobs.

ARCH brings together engineering, R&D, applications expertise, customer collaboration, and Stratasys Direct to help accelerate industrial innovation across aerospace and defense, automotive, healthcare, dental, and other key industries.

We were honored to celebrate this milestone with U.S. Representatives Betty McCollum, Brad Finstad, and Kelly Morrison; Erin Streeter of the National Association of Manufacturers; Stratasys founders Scott Crump and Lisa Crump; and members of the local community.

A special highlight was welcoming students from FIRST Robotics onsite — a meaningful reminder of our commitment to supporting STEM Education and helping inspire the next generation of innovators through our partnership with High Tech Kids and FIRST Robotics.

When production lines and repair operations depend on part availability, delays can quickly become costly.

Additive manufacturing is helping companies, like Omega Tool Corp improve MRO and production repair workflows by enabling faster turnaround times, reduced inventory requirements, and more flexible part production.

In our latest blog, we explore how manufacturers are using 3D printing to support maintenance, repairs, and operational continuity across automotive environments.

When an 8-day print can’t fail, material stability matters.

Stratasys Direct Manufacturing successfully produced a nearly 2‑meter wind turbine blade tip for Sandia National Laboratories on the first attempt by pairing the Fortus FDC™ with the F900® 3D printer3D printer. By reducing material changeovers and stabilizing filament conditioning, the team eliminated surface defects, minimized operator intervention, and avoided costly reprints.

Read the full case study to see how Fortus FDC enabled first-time success at scale.

Big day at Stratasys - we announced a definitive agreement to acquire MarkForged, Inc., strengthening our position in high demand manufacturing applications requiring production grade performance at scale.

Dr. Yoav Zeif, Chief Executive Officer of Stratasys: “This acquisition further advances our capabilities to meet customers’ growing needs in critical areas such as defense and aerospace at a time when additive manufacturing continues to displace traditional manufacturing for high requirement applications in production. We believe that our teams can immediately reinvigorate revenue growth by adding MarkForged, Inc.’s products and software systems as we leverage our leading partner networks. We are confident this transaction will strengthen Stratasys’ position in many of the largest and most structurally critical industries where performance, supply chain resilience, reliability, and scalability are essential.”

Have you ever considered what you could produce with the right material?

The difference between a prototype and a production-ready part often comes down to one decision: material.

From high-performance thermoplastics to true silicone and cost-efficient production polymers—each material unlocks a different application, a different workflow, a different outcome.

Whether you're scaling production, improving durability, or meeting industry requirements, the right material gets you there faster.

We had the pleasure to attend an amazing in house Defense event with our partner CODI | Your next pLAYER. Thanks to Exército Português, Marinha Portuguesa - Página Oficial, Força Aérea Portuguesa | Portuguese Air Force for sharing their experience using our systems.

Gatherings like this play an important role because they help defense organizations move additive manufacturing from concept to operational advantage. Bringing together defense leaders, engineering teams and manufacturing experts creates opportunities to exchange real-world insights, explore practical applications and identify new ways to improve readiness, agility and supply chain resilience through advanced manufacturing technologies.

Great performance on stage from Luis Fialho and Sara Valente explaining full workflow, different technologies and Stratasys solutions.

Beyond the technology itself, the event provided attendees with:
▶️ Practical insights from defense organizations already using additive manufacturing
▶️ A clearer understanding of end-to-end workflows and implementation strategies
▶️ Opportunities to exchange ideas and challenges with industry peers
▶️ Inspiration for future applications across maintenance, tooling, prototyping and production

Congratulations to all the team for such a great event and specially to Ana Sofia Neto who oversaw the preparation.
