This Tu Bishvat, a Jewish holiday of "New Year to the Trees", we gathered for a live demonstration of home-made fermented vegetables 🥒🥕, an age-old practice known for its health benefits and role in enriching the microbiome. The session was both educational and engaging (Led by ‘Salis Pickles’).

Today, we pause to remember and honor the fallen soldiers who gave their lives to protect Israel’s freedom and security. May their memory be a blessing.
We remember with deep sorrow our colleague and dear friend, David Schvartzman, and his wife, Orly.
