“𝗔𝗻𝗱, 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝘁.” (𝗣𝗮𝘂𝗹𝗼 𝗖𝗼𝗲𝗹𝗵𝗼, 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗹𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘁)
Last week, at this year’s UVID Dronetech conference, something small on a poster meant something very big for me.
On this year’s 𝗜𝘀𝗿𝗮𝗲𝗹 𝗨𝗔𝗩 𝗺𝗮𝗽 𝗯𝘆 𝗨𝗩𝗜𝗗, 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝘀 𝗜 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗔𝘃𝗶𝘃 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 - 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝟭𝟬𝟬% 𝗜𝗣 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝗺𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝘃𝗶𝘃 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, each from a different corner of the UAV world:
• 𝗗𝗼𝗹𝗽𝗵𝗶𝗻 - modular 𝗺𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗼𝗿
• 𝗟’𝗢𝗠𝗕𝗥𝗘𝗟𝗟𝗢 - high-speed first-responder 𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹-𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗩𝗧𝗢𝗟
• 𝗕𝗹𝘂𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗻 𝗧𝘂𝗻𝗮 - precision 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿 platform
On top of these three platforms, Aviv Innovations has also been involved behind the scenes in the development of other products on the map, as an external R&D and design supplier.
𝗔𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗻𝗼 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁. Every shekel of development came from real project work: Aviv Innovations acting as an 𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗥&𝗗 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿 for companies in the industry and 𝗿𝗲𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝘀.
𝗔𝘃𝗶𝘃 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆, 𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗲 𝗨𝗔𝗩 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁: from mission and requirements, through preliminary design, calculations and simulations, to prototypes, integration, testing, and fast iterations. In many cases, 𝘄𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗳𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻 𝟯-𝟰 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵𝘀.
𝗜’𝗺 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘆 - 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲, 𝗰𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴-𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 𝗨𝗔𝗩 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁.
