Cyabra, our portfolio company, was built around a simple but critical question: how do we restore trust in a world where it’s increasingly hard to tell what’s real?
This vision has now reached an important milestone, with the company beginning to trade on Nasdaq 📈

We still remember the early days in our office, when Dan Brahmy and the team were just getting started - long conversations, bold ideas, and yes, quite a few FIFA games in between 🎮

From day one, what stood out was the clarity of thought and focus on a problem that truly matters, a conviction that also attracted strong investors and experienced leaders, including former U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo.
Long before it became a global conversation, Dan was deeply focused on the growing challenge of disinformation, fake accounts, and their real-world impact 🌍

We’re proud to be part of this journey from the very beginning, supporting Cyabra from its earliest days through its continued evolution.
Proud of you,Dan Brahmy, Yossef Daar, Ido Shraga and the entire Cyabra team 👏

Early-stage teams are constantly stretched. There’s always more to do than there are hours in the day.

When done right, an intern isn’t another “task to manage” but a way to move forward projects that otherwise stay on the “someday” list.

At TAU Ventures, one of the advantages of being part of Tel Aviv University is the ability to create exactly these kinds of connections for our founders.

A great example is the flagship program of the Sofaer Global MBA at Tel Aviv University, where our portfolio companies collaborate with outstanding international MBA students through the fellowship program.

Last year, our portfolio company SLED.AI hosted two fellows and ultimately hired one of them. As Yonatan Pistiner, CEO of SLED.ai, shared:

“Since much of our work is focused on the U.S. market, working with American interns is incredibly valuable. They bring cultural understanding and help with many small but important details that are harder for us as Israelis to fully grasp.”

One of those fellows, Lily Stern, MBA, stood out from the start and is now a full-time member of the team.

This is the TAU Ventures ecosystem in action connecting global talent with our founders in a way that creates real value.

🏆 Futora, our portfolio company, awarded “Best Multi-Issuer Platform” at the SRP Europe Awards 2026.

Over the past three years, Futora, has tripled volumes year over year now processing billions of dollars in structured investment products annually.

Anyone who’s been involved in issuing structured products knows how this usually works:

A client request comes in.
It seems straightforward but ex*****on is anything but.
Multiple parties need to align just to move one step forward.

Not because the product is inherently complex but because the process is.
That’s exactly the gap Futora is addressing:

Banks and financial institutions that want to offer their clients structured investment products: deposits, notes, derivatives - have traditionally done it through a patchwork of manual processes, spreadsheets, and back-and-forth with investment banks like JPMorgan, BNP Paribas, or Goldman Sachs.

Futora replaces all of that with a single platform: from pricing and structuring a product, through ex*****on, all the way to lifecycle management after the trade.

Less friction. More time spent on what actually matters.

We’re proud to back them. 🚀

🌱What if you could signal when you’re under stress before it’s too late?
Not when things break.
Not when performance drops.
But in real time.
How much time, energy, and resources would we save?

Unfortunately, humans don’t quite work that way but plants might.
That’s exactly the idea behind InnerPlant, our portfolio company.

🌾Crops that can signal when they’re under stress, enabling earlier intervention, more precise use of resources, and less waste.

Instead of waiting for visible damage, plants “communicate” when something is wrong, giving farmers the ability to act earlier and more accurately.

Since founding the company in 2018, Shely Aronov has brought farmers into the company’s journey, shaping the product alongside the people who actually use it.

This is exactly why we invested in InnerPlant: grounded in real-world needs, shaped by the people experiencing the problem.

That’s the kind of company we’re drawn to at TAU Ventures.

Our new investment Zenyard is out of stealth:
Cyber researchers have one of the hardest jobs in tech.

They’re expected to understand unknown software, find what everyone else missed, and move fast while the stakes are very real. And somehow most of their workflow is still painfully manual.

Yuval Luria, Ziv Brandstein and Nathan Satanovsky didn’t “discover” this problem from the outside.

They started in the same elite intelligence unit, and over the years kept crossing paths, working in the same cybersecurity companies, in similar research roles, tackling the same kind of complex binaries and reverse-engineering challenges.

They’ve felt the friction firsthand so they built Zenyard.

Not AI for the sake of AI - but a platform that helps research teams actually understand complex binaries end-to-end and dramatically speed up time-to-insight.

Already live with paying customers. Now expanding in the US.

At TAU Ventures, we’re excited to work side by side with this A-team - big ambition, real experience, and zero fluff. We’re aiming high.

Proud to back Zenyard alongside Mindset Ventures and Boaz Albaranes.

Stealth is over. Let’s go!

From a WhatsApp message to NASDAQ.

Today, XTEND Human Guided Autonomous Systems announces its next chapter.
We were the first investors in XTEND back when the ideas were still in the air, and the drones hadn’t yet learned how to fly.

It started with a simple WhatsApp message from Aviv Shapira asking to meet Ni**od Cohen and share a new idea.
No deck. No traction. Just conviction.
(Attach screenshot)

That’s what early-stage investing is about - backing founders at the moment where all they have is vision and the courage to build.
Proud to have been there on day one.
Proud to see this milestone today.

Congratulations to Aviv and the entire XTEND team.

“Beyond headlines and populist rhetoric, most countries and institutions continue to seek Israeli technology, and often, shortly after publicly criticizing Israel, they proceed to purchase Israeli solutions.”

In an article featuring Ni**od Cohen, our Managing Partner, the focus is on the growing role of deep tech and defense tech, how the VC model is adapting to support hardware-heavy companies, and how AI is helping startups move faster with less capital.

As part of the conversation about what’s coming next, we see XTEND, Futora, and Hoopo, our portfolio companies, as likely to make a leap forward in 2026.
Especially in complex times, this is a good reminder of why Israeli tech continues to attract global interest.

Stepping into 2026 with big smiles and energy ✨

We’re proud of the founders we’ve supported and the community we’ve built together. This past challenging year showed just how resilient they are and we’re here to keep guiding and backing the founders and teams.

2026 is going to be about bold moves, new partnerships, and continuing to support.

See you in Texas then!

Last week, we welcomed a business delegation from Texas to TAU Ventures.

Our portfolio companies showcased their solutions, sparking engaging conversations, insightful questions, and new connections.

Texas is one of the strongest economies in the world, and we are pleased to further strengthen and deepen our relationship and collaboration - both for our portfolio companies and for the Israeli economy.

We participated in the Mind the Tech conference in Berlin, organized by Calcalist CTech by Calcalist, Bank Leumi , and Aroundtown.

The event included the Dream Team startup delegation which we participated as judges on the Leadership Board, challenging the amazing startups with tough questions - and it was harder than we expected 😉.

We also took part in an interview with the leading German publisher - Berliner Wochenzeitung, where we shared our vision for the Israeli tech ecosystem and global trends. Showcasing TAU Ventures’ perspective as a fund connecting Israeli innovation with international opportunities.

Always inspiring to see first-hand how Israeli entrepreneurship continues to lead and influence innovation around the world.

Today we had the pleasure of hosting the Michigan Leadership Israel Trade Mission at TAU Ventures.

The delegation came to get a closer look at how we connect startups, industry, and academia, and to explore ways to bring a bit of that Tel Aviv energy to Michigan.

They got a firsthand view of our hands-on approach: helping founders build, scale, and connect with the right partners - all while keeping innovation moving fast.

Great conversations, sharp questions, and an inside look at TAU Ventures ✨
