When our founders, Miri Berger and Aryeh Katz, started 6Degrees, it came from a deeply personal place.
From watching people struggle not just with movement or injury, but with frustration, pain, and the quiet fear of losing independence.

We didn’t start this journey to win competitions. We started it because we believed technology could be more human, more supportive, and more in moments when people need it most.

Being selected as a top ten finalist in Reboot Health Innovation, and being featured in ynet, truly moved us. It’s an honor not because of the spotlight, but because it tells us that this mission resonates, that the work matters, and that patients’ voices are being heard.

We are incredibly grateful to the Reboot team and judges, to our clinical partners, המרכז הרפואי שיבא תל השומר, Sheba Medical Center, רעות תל אביב בית חולים שיקומי, איכילוב - המרכז הרפואי ת״א, and especially to the patients and therapists who trust us with something so personal: their recovery. Making a Difference Together!
In the wake of the tragic events of 7th, our rehabilitation systems have been pushed to their limits. At 6Degrees - Motion that mattersת we've dedicated ourselves to aiding those who have suffered injuries and . With the incredible support of Google For Startups, Giving Technologies, Manyone, ARC Innovation, and The Sheba Medical Center at Tel Hashomer, we launched a campaign to donate units specifically for the of .
Three weeks ago, we began distributing these units, and the heartfelt notes we've received from patients are a testament to the impact we're making together. We're humbled to play a part in helping during these challenging times.
To everyone who has donated and contributed to this initiative—thank you. Your generosity is changing lives.
As we continue to face the realities of the ongoing conflict, we are still seeking more donations. The number of new amputees is overwhelming, and we need your support now more than ever.

Exciting News: First Results Published!
We’re thrilled to announce the groundbreaking results of our collaborative research with the VA Palo Alto Health Care System. Our pilot study has demonstrated a reduction in phantom limb pain for a double amputee using the Mirror Therapy protocol (something that has never been done before). This is a significant breakthrough for the 80% of who endure this challenging condition.

This achievement would not have been possible without our incredible partners and team at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairsand the support of the Israel Innovation Authority and Google for Startups. We’re proud to be part of this transformative work and are committed to continuing our efforts to make a meaningful difference in the lives of amputees.

Israel's Memorial Day begins this evening, May 12, commemorating our fallen soldiers and victims of terror. It is a difficult day, especially this year, as we are still in the shadow of the events of October 7, an ongoing conflict that continues until today; We all pray that on this day we will know peace and calm.
Reflecting on what we can all contribute, especially to the severely wounded and amputees, it is important to look towards the future and assist them using groundbreaking technology. My company 6Degrees has dedicated all of its resources to developing groundbreaking technologies to lessen the amputees' pain and assist in their rehabilitation. Our units have already been approved by 3 Israeli hospitals and with your help we can put 120 VR units in the hands of individual soldiers civilians and rehabilitation hospital units. We will value your contribution and donations to saving the lives of the injured. Hopefully, we will soon hear good news for all the people of Israel - and especially for the families of the hostages.
