Before start of Rainy season, we should Completely Clean our building roofs , Remove all extra materials dumped at roof, Clean rain water outlets (Khurrah), Spout pipes etc. Fill visible cracks in roof with Cement Slurry and water proofing material. Concept of no defect construction. Seepage of water around toilet facilities can be avoid just by effective monitoring during construction stages without any extra expenses, on the hand if not properly executed than leakage / Seepage removal become tedious causing many problems.
