During Milan Design Week 2026, architects and designers engaged deeply with texture and iridescence at Architextures. Nexion Texture Atelier.

Designer Paula Kennedy, Ar. Luca Di Giovanni, and Ar. Silvia Fanticelli explored how structured surfaces go beyond appearance, engaging touch and enhancing the ever-changing behaviour of light.

Two mirrored homes unfolding side by side with different spiritual registers.

In the RangRaas project, architects Ar. Rachana Chovatiya and Ar. Ashish Chovatiya bring craft and mythology into equilibrium, letting every cultural layer settle into the architecture.
The cohesive material palette enhances the home's layered narrative, a tactile foundation holding two devotional worlds within a single residence.

In the first episode of Italian Vibes, Nexion’s exciting journey throughout Italian artisan Botteghe (artisanal workshops), we discover the secrets of Stamperia Marchi, where Alfonso and Gabriele Marchi, father and son, print decorative motifs with the ancient technique of “stampa ruggine” (rust printing) on very suggestive fabrics. “The recipe of the color — they proudly say — is a secret passed down by generations”.
