The Role
We're looking for a creative and skilled Perfumist who will:
• Develop new fragrance formulas for industrial and commercial applications
• Create innovative scent profiles that meet client specifications and market demands
• Conduct evaluations and testing of fragrance compositions
• Collaborate with our R&D and production teams to ensure quality and consistency
• Stay current with industry trends and raw material innovations
• Document formulations and maintain accurate records
What We're Looking For
Required:
• Knowledge of fragrance chemistry and perfumery principles
• Understanding of raw materials, essential oils, and aroma chemicals
• Ability to create and modify fragrance formulations
• Strong attention to detail and olfactory skills
• Excellent documentation and organizational abilities
Preferred:
• Degree/Diploma in Chemistry, Perfumery, or related field
• Experience in industrial or commercial fragrance development
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and safety standards
• Creative problem-solving skills
