At Adani Wind, National Safety Week 2026 came alive through action. Observed under the theme “Educate, Engage & Empower”, the week reflected how deeply safety is embedded in the way our teams work—every day.

From daily shop‑floor safety conversations and expert PPE demonstrations to quizzes, PPE races, leadership conversations, and creative expressions from employees and their families, the week saw strong participation and shared ownership across the site.

A standout moment was the Suraksha Sevak initiative, where our Graduate Engineer Trainees experienced the role of safety professionals first‑hand—guiding teams, identifying hazards, and strengthening on‑ground safety reporting through SAFEX.
