3.2.1 HDPE Liner bag
• We are a leading manufacturer of HDPE Liner Bag which is used for packaging of chemicals, fertilizers, sugar, food grains etc. The HDPE Liner Bag is used when the particle size of the product is very fine and it may ooze out of the woven bag. The bags we offer have additional liners that ensure proper packing and no leakage / spill of material. The bags help in retaining product freshness & enhance storage life. 3.2.2 PP Liner Bag

2. HDPE WOVEN FABRICS (LAMINATED AND UNLAMINATED)

• The HDPE woven fabrics offered by us cater to the needs of customers based both in India and abroad. These HDPE fabrics are also cost effective and durable in finish and are made available at competitive price. These HDPE woven fabrics are offered in strong and economical packaging options and ensure proper packing without any possibility of material leakage as well as enhancing the storage life. Further, these solutions are also flexible and strong, thus being best suited for packing industrial & commercial products like Fertilizers, Chemicals and Food grains.

• These are extensively used in making of bags, sacks etc. The fabric is also used directly to pack / wrap textiles, upholstery, carpets, steel coils, tires, yarn cones and other industrial products. The HDPE Woven Fabric we manufacture is also available in grades that are used to make tarpaulin covers, open air storage, shelters etc. This is a layered fabric, which has all layers treated with UV stabilizers to provide excellent protection from environmental factors and longevity. The fabric is also used to cover aircrafts, trucks, tempos, trailer trucks, railway wagons, industrial machines in open.

We offer HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) Woven Sack Fabric in different sizes. The size range for bags made from tubular fabric is from minimum 24 inches (60 cm.) up to 61 inches (155 cm). For bags made from open width fabric (bags fabricated by ‘L’ & ‘U’ Type stitching) the minimum width size can be of your choice and the maximum we can offer is up to 120 inches (305 to 310 cm). These big size bags can be used for covering big articles. Different colors of bags can be offered. We provide Woven Sacks in roll form only (28’’ (70 cm) - 60’’ (255 cm)).
