In 1929, when textile mills used imported sanforizing and screen printing rubber belts, there were no service centers to repair damaged belts and new ones were too expensive. Maniar, the founder of a reputed and established rubber vulcanizing workshop named Gujarat Vulcanizing Works, stepped into the market with his sons in manufacturing textile screen printing rubber belt and endless rubber presh

rink belt. In 1986 we successfully manufactured “IMAGE” brand rubber belts for Rotary and Flatbed screen printing machine. Thousands of rubber belts have been successfully installed during these years. Image rubber belts are ideal for customized printing requirements. In 2010 we succeeded manufacturing “VULKING” brand endless rubber preshrink belt, these rubber belts are used for pre-shrinking fabrics. This process gives fabric the proper feel and finish. This process is popularly known as “Sanforizing” and in India as “Zero Zero” and also as “Comfit”.With many years behind us, our exceptional creative insights and rich experience along with purely indigenous efforts encourage us to produce international quality at substantial lower cost setting standards for others to follow.
