On 20 October 2010, Campus Freshers started its formal business operations with an aim of providing soft skills training, HR guidance to students and teaching English through webinars and personal emails. Campus Freshers now works closely with institutes in organizing and conducting Career Orientation Programs [COP] for last year graduate students. These COPs acquaint students to industry needs.
Companies in India are expanding globally. In this fast growing era, technical skills alone do not make an engineer or a professional. Soft Skills such as communication skills, personality, body language and interpersonal skills have been given importance like never before. Students need to prepare themselves for HR interviews as these skills are thoroughly evaluated during these rounds.
