Research Associate / Sr. Research Associate

Job Description:
KRA: Microarray Data Analysis using DNA & Protein Sequence Analysis, NGS Data Analysis
The incumbent should provide technical expertise to clients utilizing their extensive knowledge of genomics services, consumables by meeting them regularly at his defined territory to achieve the defined targets & to lead a team of 2 to 4 members.

Specific duties include
• Development of a workbench for automated sequence assembly and associated data analysis.
• Development and integration of various biomedical databases for NGS data analysis platform development.
Sequence clustering and assembly pipeline design for whole genome/ transcriptome annotation.
• Perform descriptive and exploratory research to propose new product proposal, regulating the new technologies.
• Interaction with researcher/ clients to gather and analyze their requirements,
• Analysis of Next Generation Sequencing data on Small RNA Applications

Location: Ahmedabad

Salary: INR 3,00,000 - 8,00,000 P.A

Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: 1 - 8 years
Education: (UG - B.Sc, B.Tech/B.E. - Bioinformatics) OR (PG - M.Sc, M.Tech - Bioinformatics ) OR
( P.hd. - Bioinformatics )
