We use automatic filament winding and other automatic machines for the fabrication of the tanks. It is seamless construction and 5 times more strength than HDPE
FRP technology employed by us are:
1. We use automatic spray gun and filament winding machines for manufacturing the tanks
2. Spray guns dispense accurately metered quantities of the resin, hardener, and fibre, which imparts uniform gelling time and resin: fibre ratio to the layers of FRP.
3. Continuous filament winding gives extraordinary hoop strength to the tank and a smooth exterior.
4. Continuous filament winding on the outside makes the tank joint-less.
5. Since we do not use metal or wood reinforcement, the wall thickness is higher than those tanks made by hand layout method. This makes the tank stronger and impact resistant from outside
6. We use resins manufactured by M/s. Ashland Inc., USA. So we not only get better-formulated resins but the technical backup from a company having a very long history.
7. We use glass fibre manufactured by M/s. Owens Corning, UK., Which again is the best in the world.
8. The design of the tanks is received from our JV partners from China, who have experience of thousands of FRP tanks.
