Both Parties hereto hereby agree that the Payment terms under this S**C shall be as follows:
a.Buyer and seller set up an Escrow Account with a Previously agreed banking agent, and terms for subsequent transactions continue with the same.
Working Procedures
a. Seller prepare draft contract and send to buyer for consideration and amendments if any
b. Seller and Buyer sign Contract
c. Buyer and Seller opens an Escrow through an agent they have mutually agreed upon.
d. Seller clearing agent shall do export arrangement as per CIF terms, and once the documents are obtained seller shall send the copy of all document to the buyer for clearing gold at destination customs (Import taxes shall be on buyer side)
f. Seller ship gold to destination recommended by buyer within 72houhs (Buyer shall arrange for security from Airport to refinery)
g. Seller allow purity verification at the buyers destination after buyer and seller bring with them the gold to the refinery to witness the smelting, cost of smelting will be borne by buyer.
h. Refinery assays confirm and authenticates value of the received shipment (Buyer shall legally own the gold after seller confirm payment to his account)
h. Buyer release the fund to seller’s bank within 48hrs of receipt of assay report and upon positive result.
