WHY INDIAN MSME ARE NOT BECOMING MNCs ?

Several MSMEs are exporting their products thru' Merchant banker but not in position to establish Mfg Unit in buying country because of attitude of MSME owners.. Yesterday, I had fantastic experience to compare this between MSME & MNC (Which was once upon time MSME only)..

GST law became big hinders in this attitude.. MNC exhibited true support to his vendor and MSME is still irritating same vendor thru' this GST law.. In such situation, vendor will surely stand with MNC only..

2..If you have received interview call then do attend interview.. Do not ask for reschedule \ give excuse for attending interview.. Prospective employer has more work then you.. Prospective employer has kept time for interview from his daily work pressure & you have to respect that..

3..Before attending interview, do not ask unrealistic questions as like salary, job profile and so on.. Prospective employer will have clear plan in his mind, once you are recruited..

4..Interview means you have to prove your credentials.. Prospective employer has already achieved all those credential and in today's virtual world, you can study on net..

5..In today's time, most of employer has commenced retention bond for 2 to 3 years.. Be prepare to accept & sign same..

6..Do not change job for few rupees.. If you want to change job then atleast look for employer, who is offering double the salary, you earn today.. And, do not forget to study Point No.1 to 5 before job change..

7..Internship never considered as job experience.. It is part of your study program..
