Our wide selection of commercial poles comprises Tubular Swaged poles, High Mast Poles and Octagonal poles. Our product value chain begins with the procurement of Hot Rolled Coils, confirming to IS : 10748 / IS : 5986 or equivalent standards which are then, either used as inputs for the manufacture of Steel Tubes and subsequently for Swaged Poles, or straight away slit and cut to size for manufacture of High Mast / Octagonal Poles. The 14 meter long Galvanizing unit (one of the largest in India) ensures that all sizes of Poles & Structures can be galvanized in a single dip, thereby eliminating double-dipping and zinc marks.

We manufacture swaged poles from 5 meters to 16 meters (height) that find application in Street Lighting, Telecom Aerial Cabling, Power Distribution lines and Signboards, among others. The in-house production of MS pipes (raw material for poles) ensures a ready availability, on-time delivery and cost management. We manufacture as per the highest quality standards of IS: 2713 / BS 4360 and customized for specific applications.
The Company offers galvanized or painted swaged poles as per customer requirements. It possesses one of India’s largest galvanizing facilities (14 meters bath length), ensuring the highest surface protection quality with pure zinc. Our product range includes light poles in single hang and double hangs, street light poles and traffic light poles among others that are made of ERW tubes of suitable lengths swaged and joined together.

Welltech Engimech Pvt Ltd. manufactures High Mast based on accumulated experience as a pioneer in the field of artificial illumination over the last five years. It provides a complete package (design, manufacture and installation) for high mast poles (10 meters to 60 meters in height). High masts can be used in confined spaces, do not require a large area to be cleared, requires lower er****on time and entails lower installation cost.
Masts require minimum maintenance and the complete mast and fittings can be maintained at ground level for greater safety. These masts also accommodate any lighting system and are equally suitable for a variety of other equipment like aerials, flags, CCTV cameras, wind turbines, meteorological equipment and signs, among others.
Our poles are durable to the extent of 50 years owing to two-sided galvanization, which protects from corrosion. Welltech’s high mast poles illuminate large areas with minimal obstruction.

Welltech Engimech Pvt Ltd. also uses high-strength steel sheet and can produce single-piece poles up to a length of 14 meters. These poles are primarily used as street lightning poles or for Low Voltage Power Distribution projects. The in-house sophisticated galvanizing facilities ensure great corrosion resistance. X-ray, ultrasound and surface-crack inspections ensure top material quality maximizing the life of Welltech poles and masts.
The door opening of the octagonal pole is vandal resistant and weather proof to ensure safety of internal connections and the welders are well qualified for welding octagonal shafts.
