These roles are ideal for scientists who have already transitioned, or are looking to transition, from the bench into a commercially impactful role without stepping away from science.

This role will report directly to the regional VP of Business Development and is ideal for candidates who can bridge:
▪️Drug discovery expertise
▪️Client relationships
▪️Programme coordination
▪️Global biotech ecosystems

You will work closely with senior BD leaders, engage with biotech and pharma clients, contribute to scientific proposals, and help coordinate cutting-edge discovery programmes across our global teams.

Ideal candidates may have:

We are actively looking for talented professionals to join our team as Research Associate and Senior Research Associate – Organic Chemistry at o2h Discovery.

The ideal candidate should hold a Master’s degree in Organic Chemistry with 1–3 years of experience in the CRO industry, along with a strong foundation in synthetic chemistry and laboratory practices.

This role involves hands-on experience in performing reactions from mg to gram scale, working independently under guidance, and supporting the scientific team with instrumentation and equipment handling. Candidates should be proficient in interpreting analytical data from NMR, Mass, and HPLC, and have experience in purification techniques such as CombiFlash, column chromatography, and mobile phase selection.

We are looking for individuals who are proactive, detail-oriented, and highly motivated, with strong organisational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

We’re actively looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Research Associate (ADME/DMPK).

The ideal candidate should have an MSc in Life Sciences (Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmacology, Molecular Biology, or related disciplines) with 4–5 years of relevant experience in in-vitro ADME assays and bioanalytical workflows.

This role involves hands-on work across key ADME studies and developing and optimising LC-MS/MS-based analytical methods, while contributing to new assay development. We’re looking for someone with a strong understanding of laboratory techniques and cell culture, and the ability to analyse experimental data using tools such as GraphPad Prism, MS Excel, and mass spectrometry software (e.g., Sciex).
