Our Storm Drain projects were formally launched yesterday by the Hon’ble Minister for UD&PA at the Planning Conference Hall. The launch programme was attended by Hon’ble MLAs, senior officials of the UD&PA Department, Contractors and the concerned Aizawl Local Council members.

The statewide initiative was launched with an approved project cost of ₹104.26 crore. ARDECO has been entrusted as the State Consultant for the project and is responsible for end-to-end consultancy services, including detailed field surveys, hydrological and engineering design, preparation of Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), and technical support during construction and monitoring.

Construction activities have already commenced at several locations under the technical guidance of ARDECO and Department Engineers. The project is expected to significantly strengthen the state’s much-needed urban stormwater drainage infrastructure and improve overall urban resilience.

ARDECO is deeply honoured to have been selected and appointed as Consultant to the Department of Urban Development & Poverty Alleviation, Government of Mizoram, for Consultancy, Monitoring, and Supervision works.

Through an Open Tender process, we have been selected to provide our expertise and multidisciplinary services for key projects executed by the Department. This appointment is both a recognition of our capabilities and a responsibility we are proud to undertake.

We are especially delighted that this engagement will provide an opportunity for our talented Mizo technical professinal youths to actively contribute their expertise and services, making this initiative not only a professional milestone but also a celebration of local talent and capacity building.

Facade design for Mizoram StartUp Hub Building, Planning & Programme Implementation Dept. under Aizawl Smart City Ltd. and WAPCOS Ltd.

We undertook comprehensive facade renovation design work to transform the old dilapidated building into a modern office building.

Our proposed specification for the cladding was to use modified-clay-material instead of the ACP panels which have been currently installed.
