I develop and sell plotted residential and farmhouse schemes in and around Ajmer, Rajasthan. I am inviting a small number of investors and co-development partners for upcoming projects.
HOW IT WORKS
• You bring the capital. I handle everything else — land identification and negotiation, purchase, title diligence, conversion and layout approvals, development (roads, boundary, electricity, water, landscaping), marketing and sales.
• No time, effort or day-to-day involvement is required from your side.
• Your money is secured on paper. Depending on the structure we agree, your name goes on the land itself through registered documents, or your capital is charged against the project land. Nothing rests on trust.
• You are paid out of actual sale proceeds — principal first, then your agreed share of the profit.
THE NUMBERS
• Ticket size: ₹10 crore to 500 crore.
• Horizon: typically 18–36 months per project, with staged payouts as plots sell.
• Returns: I will show you the land cost, development cost, comparable sale rates in the micro-market and my complete working, so you can judge the return for yourself before committing a rupee.
