🌟 A Moment of Pride for MIT-CSN! | Celebrating Student Innovation & Entrepreneurship 🚀
At MIT Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, we believe that education goes beyond classrooms—it is about empowering students to create, innovate, solve real-world problems, and build the future.
It was a proud moment for the entire Maharashtra Institute of Technology, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar community as Aniket Chikse, a third-year Computer Science and Design student from the Department of Emerging Science and Technology, was felicitated by our Director General, Prof. Munish Sharma, in recognition of his remarkable achievements and inspiring entrepreneurial journey.
Aniket is the founder of VoiceGuardAI, an AI-powered startup working in the areas of deepfake detection and digital identity verification—addressing some of the emerging challenges associated with AI-generated content, digital fraud, and identity security.
His entrepreneurial journey has already achieved several notable milestones:
🔹 VoiceGuardAI is incubated and supported by IIT Madras and has received a ₹5 lakh startup grant for product development and growth.
🔹 Aniket secured 2nd Runner-Up at the GSEA competition, receiving a ₹40,000 prize for his entrepreneurial work.
🔹 VoiceGuardAI has been selected for prominent startup ecosystems and programs including Sarvam AI Startup Program, Google for Startups, and Amazon Startup Program.
🔹 Aniket was also personally invited by OpenAI for an in-person startup support opportunity, giving him an opportunity to engage with the broader global AI startup ecosystem.
For us at MIT-CSN, this is much more than an individual achievement. It is a reflection of what can happen when students are encouraged to think differently, pursue their ideas, and transform knowledge into meaningful innovation.
