I was reviewing our projects done 10-11 years ago. I found one such video of a machine tending application we did for Sanjeev Auto-Parts Manufacturers Pvt. Ltd. In the year 2013.

Machine tending is one of the most frequently-used applications among cobot users. Collaborative robot arms tend quickly, accurately, and consistently hour after hour, day after day, freeing up human workers from potentially dangerous, repetitive tasks.

Loading and unloading often requires working in tight spaces, where oil splashes are common. UR cobots, are compact and flexible.

They can occupy a small area, with a dense layout. Their IP ratings range from 54 to 68, ensuring protection against not only oil, but other liquids and dust too.

Their plug-and-play system allows operators to switch tasks dynamically and quickly, adapting to the processing of different parts on any line.

The gear stacker was designed and manufactured by Shilpin ( erstwhile Logical Automation Solutions Pvt. Ltd.)

Varsha Deshmukh-Satalkar and I were on our regular morning walk today.

Every now and then we come across Mr. Kamal Pahade and his team with their Tree Ambulance doing their voluntary work in bringing greenery to otherwise growing concrete jungle.

I salute Kamal’s work and have pledged my support to this noble cause .

They are committed, consistent, scientific, methodical and most importantly humble.

Kamal had me and Varsha plant a tree in front of RTO office road divider.
