Works: Adjustments, cleaning, lubrication, repairs, replacements, and the extension of equipment life.
Modules: Preventive maintenance, and cleaning activities
Frequency of cleaning: 2 Cycle per month
Water Quality: TDS level at least below 250 parts per million (ppm).
Quality of cleaning equipment: Brushes without hard bristles
Post wash care: Ultra Poly Vinyl Chloride (UPVC) conduit pipes
Inverter: Monthly basis - Check the voltage of the string inverter and record it in the periodic log book.
MC4 Cabling Connector: Ensuring Nil gap between the male and female connector pipes.
Transformer: Operating temperature, OTI (oil temperature), WTI (winding temperature), and oil level are monitored daily.
Protection from external elements: Rats and other rodents prevention
Remote monitoring: Retrieving all the data either from the inverter
