Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction sector.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Negotiate and close deals with clients, contractors, and developers.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand project needs.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address concerns proactively.
Market Analysis & Strategy:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
Develop strategies to expand into new markets and strengthen brand presence.
Work with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns.
Tendering & Bidding:
Identify and participate in construction project tenders.
Prepare and submit proposals, pricing strategies, and presentations.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure competitive and compliant bidding.
Reporting & Coordination:
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other teams to align business strategies.
Provide regular reports on business development activities and sales performance.
Attend industry events, networking meetings, and conferences to expand business connections.
