RV College of Engineering (RVCE) is proud to announce a strategic MoU with GreenH2 NXT to develop industry-aligned, interdisciplinary education programmes in the renewable energy and green hydrogen sector.
India’s clean energy transition is accelerating in line with the mandate of the Ministry of New & Renewable Energy (MNRE) to expand renewable integration and advance green hydrogen pathways toward energy independence and net-zero ambitions by 2070. Talent projections under the National Green Hydrogen Mission estimate 600,000 new jobs across the green energy ecosystem by 2030.
Yet, a critical constraint remains: talent readiness.
• Structured, application-oriented industry education is limited
• Interdisciplinary expertise across engineering streams, data/AI, and energy markets is scarce
• Continuous upskilling pathways for students and professionals are insufficient as the domain and market mature
As energy systems become increasingly complex, digital, and data-driven, capabilities in analysis, forecasting, optimisation, and systems thinking are becoming as essential as core engineering skills.
Through this partnership with RVCE & RE industry, GreenH2 NxT is building an education ecosystem that is:
· Accessible to students and working professionals
· Deeply aligned with evolving industry needs
· Interdisciplinary by design
· Scalable and future-focused
The renewable energy and green hydrogen sector will not only shape India’s next phase of growth, but also unlock career pathways, research opportunities, and global impact — spanning technology, digital optimisation, deployment, policy, and operations.
Together, we are enabling a future where clean energy is not just produced — but intelligently managed, optimised, and scaled.
