Some of our best engineers started as interns. And that's why at TI, we believe internships are more than experience. They're where real problems get solved, mentors show up, and careers quietly take shape. Across our teams and time zones, we've watched interns grow, Riya's journey from intern to full-time engineer is a testament to just that. 💡

Meet Pooja! 👋

What started as a simple curiosity for physics set her on the path to engineering and today, she’s a Design manager at Texas Instruments India, shaping how technology comes together in the real world.

Early in her journey, she was part of the team that built the C29 processor. Today, she leads a team in the Processors and MCU space - growing in both role and impact with every step. 🚀

But for Pooja, the journey goes beyond technology. She’s committed to increasing women’s participation in STEM, actively mentoring and guiding the next generation to grow into confident leaders. She believes, success isn’t just about what you build, it’s about who you enable along the way. 💫

TIITC 2026 is a wrap and what a week it was! 💫

We saw research turn into conversations, conversations turn into ideas and ideas evolve into solutions. From though provoking paper presentations to AI driven hackathons and insightful discussions led by the industry experts – every moment was rooted in pushing technology with purpose

And while the week may be over. The thinking it sparked is just getting started.

Here’s a glimpse of it all! 🙌🏻

How does the AM13E23019 MCU deliver real-time motor control and edge AI on a single chip? 🤔

In this demo, it drives a high-speed blower motor using sensorless field-oriented control while the integrated TinyEngine™ NPU runs AI inference in parallel. As motor load changes, the system detects it instantly and signals through an LED without interrupting operation.

By combining control and intelligence on one chip, it responds to changing conditions in real time, surfacing early signs of wear before they become critical failures. See it in action! 📽️

Today and every day, we are committed to creating a more sustainable world. From the energy-efficient technologies our chips enable to our daily operations at TI India, every small choice adds up to a larger impact.

Here's a few ways we are playing a role in building a more sustainable future at our site:
🌳 600+ trees growing across our campuses, with thousands more planted over the years
♻️ 99% waste recycling efficiency and food waste transformed into compost
🌞 Solar energy powering part of our daily operations
💧 Zero liquid discharge to treat and reuse water
🌱 Butterfly gardens, medicinal plants and spaces where employees grow their own produce

The journey continued today on campus, as our employees came together to plant, learn and take home saplings.

Happy Earth Day! 🌍
