Continuing our Career Circuit efforts, we had the privilege of engaging with Captain Yashika Hatwal Tyagi, one of the early women officers to serve in the Indian Army.

Drawing from her experiences during the Kargil War, across her military career and beyond, Captain Yashika shared valuable perspectives on staying composed under pressure, making sound decisions in uncertain situations, adapting when circumstances change, and taking responsibility when it matters most. Her journey offered a distinctive lens on leadership as well, a reminder that while the situations we face may be different, the way we think, respond and lead can shape the outcome.💡

Students from across India came together to build AI-powered, LLM-based solutions to real-world challenges, working directly with TI engineers to experience how software and data fuel the technologies we create.
