Making our kids future ready

We’ve all read the dire predictions; Robots are coming for our jobs; Artificial intelligence will make humans obsolete etc. Anything we can do; machines will do better. While it’s true that automation will eradicate millions of jobs, it will also create millions of new ones, so the demand for human employees won’t disappear, the need for certain skills will.

The organizations will increasingly start looking for people with these skills that can’t be automated by machines which are collectively called as ‘The 21st Century Skills’ (Problem-Solving Abilities, Critical Thinking skills, Creativity, Social Emotional Skills etc). So, it is imperative to cultivate such skills for our kids at a young age itself to stay relevant in the future.
