Roles and Responsibility-
The Role
The person has to interact with prospective customers on day to day basis, conduct meetings with clients, and close the deals. He has to develop the best possible client on-boarding experience and relationships for the long-term.
· Establishing, growing, and optimizing effective consumer considerate B2B sales channels.
· Successfully onboarding clients to our platform, taking the time to manually support their needs as necessary.
Communication
· Good communication skills are required.
· Calling and meeting prospective clients and engaging with them to maximize sales.
· Participate in the daily meetups and calls, wherever you are.
The Responsibility-
· Effectively engaging with the clients and generating the set targeted revenue.
· Taking initiatives and prioritizing tasks effectively to deliver business results.
· Handling a team
Desired Skills and Experience
· Minimum 1-2 year experience
· Experience of working in B2B would be an added advantage.
· Should be self-motivated and able to motivate others.
· Aggressive and passionate at work.
· Adaptable to the dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
· Ability to enjoy working in a small team/startup environment.
· Preferred language is English, understanding of optional languages such as Kannada, Telugu, Hindi would be great.
· Superb communication, presentation skills, and good in fieldwork.
