🌟 Proud to Share Our Achievement! 🌟

I am thrilled to announce that our teams at Centum have once again been recognized at the SEEM National Energy Management and Sustainability Award ceremony held in Delhi on September 26th and 27th.

This year, we have achieved three significant accomplishments:

1. Our SEBU team won the Platinum Award for Energy Management presented by Mr. Manohar Krishna Asthana, Executive Director, NTPCL.

2. Our EMS team won the Gold Award for Energy Management presented by Mr. Girija Shankar, General Manager, EESL.

3. The Centum Group won the Gold Award for Corporate Business House for Sustainability presented by Mr. S.P. Garnaik, Country Representative – India, GGGI.

What makes this win even more special is that this marks a consecutive victory for us! We have earned awards in these categories for the last four consecutive years, and now we've elevated our achievements with the Platinum Award this year! 🏆🎉

As Centum marks its 30th anniversary this year, we're proud to reflect on our journey from a pioneering company to a global presence with over INR 1000 crore in revenue and 2,000 employees across India, France, Belgium, and Canada. This milestone is a testament to our unwavering commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction.

To honour this legacy, we hosted our annual Innovation Day on September 5, 2024. The event showcased the remarkable technical capability, creativity and dedication of our teams. We received a multitude of impressive submissions in categories like Kaizen, Business Excellence, and Industry 4.0. After thorough evaluation, the top submissions were presented to our esteemed jury.

We're excited to share insights from the Panel Discussion on "India’s Role in the Global Semiconductor Value Chain," where our esteemed Director, Mr. Nikhil Mallavarapu, provided valuable perspectives on India's journey in the global semiconductor ecosystem.

Mr. Mallavarapu emphasized the importance of a comprehensive approach to the energy transition by building a resilient ecosystem, highlighting the need to strengthen key industrial sectors, boost R&D and innovation, prioritize skill development for future-ready talent, and encourage global collaborations to advance these efforts.

The discussion also featured inputs from distinguished panelists, including Mr. Tanveer Ahmed, CTO of Digantara, who spoke on fostering innovation, failure tolerance, and collaboration between industry and academia. Mr. Santosh Gundapi, Vice Chairman of CII Mysuru and Sr. Director at AT&S India Pvt Ltd, highlighted the importance of supply chain management and leveraging government policies for growth. Additionally, Mr. Rabindra Srikantan, Vice Chairman of CII Karnataka State Council and MD of ASM Technologies, along with Ms. Suchitra Royroth C, VP of Cyient DLM Limited, provided further insights into driving progress in this dynamic sector.

We had the privilege of welcoming Dr. S. Somnath, Chairman of ISRO, at Centum Electronics Space Division. His visit highlighted our cutting-edge design, engineering, and manufacturing capabilities, and he commended our 23-year journey in space delivering complex satellite payloads and systems.

Dr. Somnath expressed keen interest in our strategic roadmap, which positions us to spearhead the Indian Space Ecosystem. We're excited about the future and our role in propelling space technology in India. This visit has energized us to continue pushing boundaries and contributing to the nation's space endeavors.

🌟 Proud Moment at Centum Electronics! 🌟

We are happy to share that Centum Electronics recently hosted a successful blood donation camp, contributing to a cause that is incredibly important for our society. The participation and enthusiasm from our team were overwhelming and heartwarming.

Our employees have demonstrated our commitment to the values of Centum. Over the past two days, Centum employees donated a total of 180 units of blood , which has the potential to save 540 lives. A huge thank you to everyone who donated and volunteered, making this event a success. Your selflessness and community spirit are truly inspiring. Let’s continue to support such noble causes and make a positive impact together!

Remember, a single pint of blood can make a world of difference. Let’s keep the momentum going and encourage more people to donate blood regularly. Together, we can save lives and build a healthier, stronger society.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a core value at Centum, and our employees consistently embody this principle. While the company engages in numerous CSR activities, Centum employees also take the initiative to contribute to society independently. One such initiative is the Food Fest @ Centum, a fundraising event where employees come together to pool money. The funds collected from the Food Fest are directed towards various CSR programs, primarily focusing on children's welfare, in alignment with Centum's philosophy.

This year, the funds were used to supply Nali-Kali tables to two government schools in Yelahanka, Bengaluru. These tables are particularly beneficial for children aged 5 to 7 years. Previously, the children had to sit on the floor, but with the new tables, they now have a comfortable and conducive learning environment. The excitement among the children and the happiness of the school staff were palpable, reflecting the positive impact of this initiative.

The Food fest at Centum yesterday was an absolute delight. It was a culinary extravaganza that tantalized the taste buds with savory to sweet, spicy to mild, there was something to please every palate.

The event showcased excellent teamwork and creativity from the participating teams, bringing together a diverse range of cuisines from all over India. Whether you were craving traditional favorites or eager to try something new and exotic, the food fest had it all.

Spirits remained high throughout the event as people mingled, sampled different dishes, and shared their love for good food. The atmosphere was lively and festive, with laughter and chatter filling the air. Refreshing beverages like Masala Buttermilks, juices, and chia-based drinks helped beat the sweltering heat, adding to the overall enjoyment of the experience.

Moreover, the food fest served a dual purpose by raising funds for CSR activities. The money collected from the event will be utilized to support various social initiatives, further enhancing the positive impact of the celebration.

Overall, the food fest at Centum was a resounding success. Despite the challenging weather conditions, everyone left with their tummies full and smiles on their faces, making it a memorable experience.
