ng nucleic acid gel stain is available in various concentrations and also as a ready-to-use solution, which serves as an alternative to Ethidium Bromide (EtBr), SYBR Safe and SYBR Gold variants. It is one of the fastest post staining dyes as it takes only about 30 seconds to produce visible results. Adding to the advantages of tinto rang, tinto rang to be 7 times more sensitive and intense than the available alternative, EtBr. tinto rang has wide instrument compatibility across various gel documentation systems and fluorescence based in vitro diagnostic devices. DNA or RNA bands stained with tinto rang can be detected using a standard UV transilluminator, a visible-light transilluminator, or a laser-based scanner. The stain is also suitable for staining RNA in gels. On binding to nucleic acids, tinto rang's fluorescence excitation maxima is at 280 and 491 nm with an emission maxima at 540 nm.
