So here goes ....

ZEN is a school of Mahāyāna Buddhism notable for its emphasis on practice and experiential wisdom—parti

cularly as realized in the form of meditation known as zazen—in the attainment of awakening. As such, it de-emphasizes theoretical knowledge in favour of direct individual experience of one's own true nature. By employing such wisdom, CAEZEN aims to deliver true customer satisfaction. CAEZEN also sounds like 'Kaizen'. Kaizen (改善, Japanese for "change for the better" or "improvement"; the English translation is "continuous improvement" or "continual improvement"). Kaizen aims to eliminate waste (defined as "activities that add cost but do not add value"). It is often the case that this means "to take it apart and put back together in a better way." This is then followed by standardization of this 'better way' with others, through standardized work. So at CAEZEN, we simply like to think “THERE IS A BETTER WAY”

CAEZEN is he brainchild of Hari Doss, a Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in introducing CAE technology to organisations in the US and India. Team CAEZEN are specialists in entry strategies for advanced and niche simulation technologies into India and nursing them to become market leaders.

If you are a fresh graduate with a Mechanical / Mining engineering background, are diligent, organized, enjoy helping people solve their problems and willing to travel, then this role can help you build a successful career in technical sales. Excellent communication, pleasant personality and go-getter attitude will get priority. Excellent technical and sales training and mentoring will be provided.

Preferred location(s) are East and South India. Applications from Tier 2 cities from the Eastern region are welcome. South candidates preferably from Bengaluru or Chennai.
