Remembering a true pillar of strength
It has been exactly one month since we lost Shri R.S. Advani, and today, on what would have been his 85th birthday, his absence is felt more than ever.
While the grief is still fresh, today we choose to celebrate the extraordinary 50-year legacy of a man who was a resilient survivor, and a gentleman to the core.
His true superpower was his ability to form deep, lifelong relationships. He didn’t just design buildings; he built a community of clients who became friends over decades of mutual respect.
Beyond the office and sites, he was the person family, friends, and colleagues could always rely on. No matter how big or small the problem, he was there with steady advice and a helping hand. He was our North Star—a man of his word who led with quiet strength and a generous spirit.
That strength was never more evident than over the last decade. Living as a stroke survivor, he displayed a level of grit and discipline that was nothing short of heroic. He taught us that leadership isn't just about how you run a business, but how you carry yourself through adversity.
As his son and daughter-in-law, we have had the ultimate honour of working by his side. We are committed to carrying his legacy forward and upholding the high standards he set for the next 50 years.
Happy Birthday, Big Boss. Thank you for everything you built, everything you taught us, and the incredible example you left behind.
