Prashanth from Moleyar Renewables is currently visiting the Deye Solar Inverter manufacturing facility in Ningbo, China. It has been an insightful experience to witness the manufacturing processes of both On-Grid and Hybrid Solar Inverters firsthand.

The visit provided valuable technical knowledge on product design, quality control, testing procedures, and advanced manufacturing practices adopted by Deye. These learnings will help us offer reliable, efficient, and technologically advanced solar solutions to our customers.

Successfully replaced a conventional petrol generator with a 10 kW Hybrid Solar Power System for an under-construction building at Rajarajeshwari Nagar, Bengaluru — delivering a cleaner, quieter, and more reliable energy solution.

The installed system includes:

ಎನ್‌ಐಟಿಕೆ ಸುರತ್ಕಲ್ – 1974ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನ ಹಳೆಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ & ಮೊಳೆಯಾರ್ ಮಾರ್ಕೆಟಿಂಗ್ LLP ಅವರ ಸಾಂಸ್ಥಿಕ ಯೋಜನೆ

ಎನ್‌ಐಟಿಕೆ ಸುರತ್ಕಲ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಹಲವು ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ಬೇಸಿಗೆ ಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ತೀವ್ರ ನೀರಿನ ಅಲಭ್ಯತೆ ಉಂಟಾಗುತ್ತಿತ್ತು. ನೀರಿನ ಕೊರತೆಯಿಂದ ಹಾಸ್ಟೆಲ್ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ರಜೆ ನೀಡುವ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಎದುರಿಸಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತಿತ್ತು. ಈ ಸಂಕಷ್ಟವನ್ನು ನಿವಾರಿಸಲು 1974ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನ ಹಳೆಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ತಂಡ ಮುಂದಾಗಿ, ಶಾಶ್ವತ ಪರಿಹಾರದ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಿಂದ ಮಳೆನೀರಿನ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಣಾ ಕೆರೆ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸುವ ಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾಪಿಸಿದರು.

ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿ, ಸುಮಾರು 3 ಕೋಟಿ ಲೀಟರ್ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯದ ಮಳೆನೀರಿನ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಣಾ ಕೆರೆ ತೋಡಲಾಯಿತು. ಮೊಳೆಯಾರ್ ಮಾರ್ಕೆಟಿಂಗ್ LLP ತಂಡವು ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಸಹಾಯ ಹಾಗೂ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದ ಸಾಮಗ್ರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಿ:
✅ 200 gsm ಜಿಯೋಟೆಕ್ (Geotextile)
✅ ಕಿಂಗ್‌ಸ್ಟೋನ್ 500 ಮೈಕ್ರಾನ್ HDPE ಜಿಯೋಮೆಂಬ್ರೇನ್

ಇವುಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ, ಕೆರೆಯನ್ನು ದೀರ್ಘಕಾಲ ಸೋರಿಕೆಯಿಂದ ಮುಕ್ತಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈಗ, ಈ ಕೆರೆ ಮಳೆನೀರಿನಿಂದ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ತುಂಬಿಕೊಂಡಿದೆ, ಎನ್‌ಐಟಿಕೆ ಕ್ಯಾಂಪಸ್‌ನ ಜಲ ಭದ್ರತೆಗೆ ಶಾಶ್ವತ ಪರಿಹಾರ ನೀಡುತ್ತಿದೆ.

✅ 45 kW Hybrid Solar System Commissioned – Rayappa Comforts PG Centre, Hunasamaranahalli, Bangalore

We successfully commissioned a 45 kW Hybrid Solar System for a newly constructed Paying Guest (PG) Centre at Hunasamaranahalli, Airport Road, Bangalore.

🔹 Site Challenge:
The building with 30 no.s 1BHK units did not have a permanent BESCOM meter. It also had a centralized heating pump system, which added to the energy demand. The client urgently needed a reliable power solution.

🔹 Our Solution:
After a detailed site visit, we designed and installed a Hybrid Solar System featuring:

✅ 75 Nos. AXITEC 590 Wp Bifacial TOPCon Modules (Total: 44.25 kW DC)

✅ Deye 50 kW Hybrid Inverter

✅ LiFePO4 High Voltage Battery Bank for backup power

✅ Net-zero Export Mode until BESCOM permanent meter is sanctioned

🔋 This setup ensures uninterrupted power supply, optimized solar energy utilization, and future compatibility with BESCOM net-metering once the permanent connection is obtained.
