SOFT SKILLS FOR AN INTERVIEW
Show your enthusiasm :
Don’t suppress your enthusiasm and excitement about a role.Employers want a candidate who is genuinely interested in the organisation and passionate about what they do.Put all your energy into your interviews and don’t leave the employer doubtful.
Good communication :
An interview is a good opportunity for employers to assess your communication style, and ability to express your ideas.
Before an interview, practice talking about your experience out loud. Be well prepared about your CV.
"Good Communicator is always a Good Listener", be an excellent listener, so always pay close attention to exactly what’s being asked of you.
Prove you're a problem solver :
Potential employers look for lateral thinking and a creative approach to tackle any situations. A confident problem solver who takes a creative approach to solve business issues is highly desirable. Make sure you think of your prior experiences to highlight your aptitude for overcoming obstacles and produce successful outcomes.
Powers of persuasion :
Your ability to positively influence the people around you is an important attribute. Choose an example that is impressive and best highlights soft skills, such as your ability to persuade and negotiate.
Ability to Work under Pressure and Time Management :
IT jobs come with demanding deadlines and occasionally high stakes. Employers prize candidates who show a decisive attitude, a scoring ability to think clearly, and a capacity to compartmentalize and set stress aside.
Time management is closely related to the ability to work under pressure, as well as within stringent deadlines.
Employees who manage their time well are able to efficiently prioritize tasks and organize their strategy, while adopting an attitude which allows them to take on new tasks and deadlines.
Teamwork :
Team player skills are crucial.
How well do you work with other team members in reaching team goals? Are you an asset to every team that you’re a part of, and how? Good team players are perceptive to the needs and responsibilities of others.
Adaptability :
It’s not sufficient just to say “I am adaptive”, you need to give evidence of your adaptability.

Based on your experience and expertise, prove your ability to get a solution to the critical scenarios you have worked upon.

Make sure to craft your thoughts about how important the company's mission and vision are to you.
Describe how you always complete projects on-time, why you're punctual and persistent.
How you balance yourself to succeed with the company's goals.Respect your coworkers and managers and you will get respect back.
