Anant Badjatya has stepped away from his role as CEO of Indofast Energy. We thank Anant for his leadership and contributions in shaping the foundation of our journey and setting the course for scalable, future-ready operations.

We are pleased to welcome Subhash Bhat as Interim CEO. Currently the CFO at SUN Mobility, Subhash has been appointed as Interim CEO on secondment. With over three decades of leadership experience across finance and strategy, Subhash brings a strong track record of guiding organizations through growth, transformation, and operational scale. His leadership will be instrumental as Indofast continues to expand its footprint and strengthen ex*****on across markets.

We also congratulate Rajat Malhan on his elevation to Chief Business Officer. In this expanded role, Rajat will drive business development and accelerate revenue growth.

This leadership transition reflects our commitment to continuity, stability, and sustained momentum. Indofast Energy remains firmly focused on executing its growth roadmap that included scaling network expansion, enabling customer adoption, and strengthening partnerships across the ecosystem.

With a strong foundation in place and a clear vision ahead, we continue to accelerate the build-out of India’s battery-swapping infrastructure that includes making clean, efficient, and accessible electric mobility a reality at scale.
