Veiva Scientific India Pvt Ltd successfully conducted an engaging 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐲𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐮𝐦 on 𝟐𝟑𝐫𝐝 𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝐚𝐭 𝐊𝐚𝐧𝐩𝐮𝐫, bringing together leading interventional cardiologists for insightful discussions on imaging-guided PCI and plaque modification strategies.

The scientific session featured D S Chadha sharing valuable perspectives on “Approach to Calcified Plaque Preparation: Imaging, Bed Preparation, and Tools Selection,” with a strong focus on the evolving role of IVUS-NIRS in understanding plaque morphology and optimizing procedural outcomes.

The symposium also included enriching discussions by Dr. Kumar Himanshu on lesion preparation for calcified and resistant plaques, and Dr. Vijay Gairota on the role of imaging in complex PCI, followed by an interactive Q&A session with participating clinicians.

We were honored by the presence and guidance of esteemed chairpersons.

The evening served as an excellent platform for scientific exchange, collaborative learning, and meaningful conversations around advanced coronary imaging technologies and complex intervention strategies.

Veiva Scientific marked a successful presence at SCIPCON 2026 held on 23rd & 24th May 2026 at Hyatt Thrissur, bringing together cath lab technicians and healthcare professionals for insightful scientific discussions, learning, and hands-on engagement around innovative interventional technologies.

The sessions on IVUS -NIRS and Aperta NSE sparked engaging conversations around imaging-guided interventions, plaque characterization, and evolving strategies in complex coronary procedures.

Highlight of the meeting was the active participation and enthusiasm shown by technicians during discussions and training sessions focused on IVUS technologies and their growing role in enhancing clinical decision-making.

It was a wonderful two days of scientific exchange, technology discussions, and collaborative learning with the interventional cardiology community.

Veiva Scientific is pleased to share the successful completion of a series of IVUS-NIRS guided workshops conducted across Fortis Hospital Amritsar, Fortis Hospital Jalandhar, and New Ruby Hospital with D S Chadha as the proctor.

The sessions witnessed active participation and valuable scientific discussions with esteemed KOLs across Amritsar and Jalandhar region.

In addition to the live cases and hands-on workshops, engaging evening symposiums and round table discussions were also conducted, creating an excellent platform for deeper scientific exchange and collaborative discussions around imaging-guided PCI, plaque characterization, and complex intervention strategies.

The workshops highlighted the growing importance of IVUS-NIRS in understanding plaque morphology, lesion characterization, stent optimization, and treatment planning in complex PCI procedures. Participating physicians appreciated the seamless catheter-to-controller connectivity, ease of use, excellent image quality, and detailed plaque assessment capabilities demonstrated during the cases.

These workshops and scientific interactions provided a valuable opportunity for shared learning, practical experience, and meaningful academic discussions among interventional cardiologists and cath lab teams.

Veiva Scientific had a spectacular presence at the 7th Edition of CHIP India Summit 2026, this week at Hyatt Regency Chennai.

Recognized as India’s premier scientific meeting dedicated to Complex High-Risk Indicated Procedures (CHIP), the summit brought together leading national and international experts for live case demonstrations, expert-led discussions, case-based learning, debates, and interactive scientific sessions focused on complex coronary interventions and evolving PCI strategies.

Veiva had remarkable scientific visibility throughout the meeting, and discussions around innovative technologies Alveo, POT, Aperta, NIRS-IVUS, ELCA Laser, and Impella across multiple sessions reflected the growing relevance of these technologies in contemporary practice.

Some notable highlights from the summit included:

Understanding and managing coronary calcium remains one of the most critical challenges in complex PCI - and Crash Course on Calcium 2026 delivered exactly the depth and clinical clarity needed to address it.

Over two insightful days at JW Marriott Bengaluru, the program brought together science, imaging, and hands-on expertise - covering everything from calcium characterization to imaging-guided decision-making and device strategies.
