🔍 We’re Hiring | Engineer - Projects (3–4 Years Experience)
We are looking for a dynamic professional with 3–4 years of hands-on experience to support Greenfield project ex*****on and drive process improvement initiatives.
🔧 Key Roles & Responsibilities:
End-to-end Greenfield project ex*****on – from planning to commissioning
Process improvement & productivity enhancement initiatives
Time study, work measurement & standard time setting
Plant layout planning & workflow optimization
Equipment selection, technical specifications & installation support
Utility planning (power, compressed air, water, HVAC, etc.)
Coordination of civil, mechanical & electrical activities
Commissioning, trial runs & production ramp-up support
📊 Skills & Tools Required:
Strong data analysis & reporting skills (MS Excel)
Project management tools – MS Project / Primavera (if applicable)
AutoCAD – basic to intermediate level
ERP exposure – SAP / Oracle (if applicable)
📍 Experience: 3–4 Years
