• ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ವಿಧಾನವು ಸಾಂಪ್ರದಾಯಿಕ ಕೆಂಪು ಇಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಕಟ್ಟಡದಂತೆ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ
• ಇತರೆ ಮೈಸನರಿ ಇಟ್ಟಿಗೆಗಳು / ಬ್ಲಾಕ್ಸ್‌ಗಳಿಗಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ದೀರ್ಘಕಾಲಿಕತೆ
• ಬ್ಲಾಕ್ಸ್‌ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 25% ಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಗಾಳಿ (Air Entrainment) ಇರುವುದರಿಂದ:
– ತೂಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಗುರವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ
– ಉತ್ತಮ ಉಷ್ಣ ನಿರೋಧಕತೆ (Thermal Insulation)
• ಕಾಲಕ್ರಮೇಣ ಬಲ (Strength) ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗುತ್ತಾ ಹೋಗುತ್ತದೆ
• ಸಾಂಪ್ರದಾಯಿಕ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಪದ್ಧತಿಗೆ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಹೊಂದಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತದೆ:
– ಮೊದಲು ಗೋಡೆ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ
– ನಂತರ ಕಾಲಮ್, ಬೀಮ್ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ಲ್ಯಾಬ್ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ
• ಬೀಮ್‌ನಿಂದ ಗೋಡೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಆಕಸ್ಮಿಕ ಲೋಡ್ ಬಿದ್ದರೂ:
– AAC ಬ್ಲಾಕ್ಸ್‌ನಂತೆ ತಕ್ಷಣ ಬಿರುಕುಗಳು ಉಂಟಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ
• ಕೇವಲ ಲೋಡ್ ಬೇಯರಿಂಗ್ ಅಲ್ಲದ ಗೋಡೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಉಪಯುಕ್ತ
• ಸಿಮೆಂಟ್ ಪ್ಲಾಸ್ಟರ್‌ಗೆ ಉತ್ತಮ ಬಂಧನ (Bonding) ಹೊಂದಿದೆ
• ಸಮರ್ಪಕ ಕ್ಯೂರೆಂಗ್ ಮಾಡಿದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೇಲ್ಮೈ ಬಿರುಕುಗಳು ಅತ್ಯಲ್ಪವಾಗಿರುತ್ತವೆ

About Our Foam Concrete (CLC) Blocks
• Construction procedure is similar to traditional red brick masonry
• Good durability compared to other masonry bricks/blocks
• Blocks contain more than 25% air entrainment, resulting in:
• Lightweight structure
• Better thermal insulation
• Continuous gain in strength thought its life
• Suitable for traditional construction practice also:
• Wall construction first
• Followed by columns, beams, and slab casting
• In case of incidental load transfer from beams:
• No immediate cracks, unlike AAC blocks
• Non-load bearing use only
• Excellent bonding with cement plaster
• Surface cracks are negligible with proper curing
