📝 The Role
We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Billing Engineer to join our team for a full-time, on-site role at our Bhakuri, Berhampore office.
The Billing Engineer will be a crucial part of our project ex*****on team. You will be responsible for preparing accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ), conducting detailed rate analysis, and managing project billing systems. This role also involves hands-on quantity surveying, ensuring all measurements, assessments, and evaluations are precise and well-documented.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
* Prepare, manage, and verify the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for various projects.
* Conduct thorough rate analysis for materials, labour, and machinery.
* Manage and operate billing systems for client and subcontractor invoicing.
* Perform quantity surveying tasks, including taking site measurements and assessing work completed.
* Coordinate with project managers and site engineers to ensure accurate billing and cost tracking.
* Prepare and submit regular reports on billing, quantities, and project costs.
✅ Required Qualifications
* Proven proficiency in preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and conducting rate analysis.
* Direct experience with billing systems and quantity surveying.
* Strong analytical and mathematical skills with keen attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
* Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
* Prior experience in construction and infrastructure projects is a significant plus.
