As we continue strengthening our systems, process excellence, and production capabilities, we are expanding our core technical and support teams.

We are hiring for the following positions:

🔹 PPC Engineer (Production Planning & Control)

BE/BTech with 2–5 years’ experience in manufacturing planning. Responsible for production scheduling, dispatch planning, cross-functional coordination, inventory control, and ensuring on-time delivery through structured MIS reporting.

🔹 QC Engineer (Quality Control)

BE/BTech (Mechanical/Metallurgy) with 2–5 years’ foundry experience. Strong knowledge of inspection, testing (chemical & mechanical), NDT coordination, drawing reading, GD&T, and shop-floor quality control.

🔹 QA Engineer (Quality Assurance)

BE/BTech with 3–6 years’ casting industry experience. Responsible for customer complaint handling, root cause analysis, CAPA implementation, PPAP documentation, audit coordination, and quality system strengthening.

🔹 Engineer – Metallurgy & Technology

BE/BTech (Metallurgy preferred) with 2–6 years’ foundry experience. Knowledge of metal chemistry control, charge mix calculation, defect analysis, heat treatment, and continuous process improvement.

🔹 Jr. Executive – HR & Admin

Graduate (MBA/PGDM HR preferred) with 1–3 years’ experience. Responsible for recruitment coordination, HR documentation, attendance & payroll support, compliance assistance, and administration management.
