2. Tele-Caller
Role: Handling outbound calls, following up on leads, explaining solar solutions, and scheduling appointments.
Requirements: Polite speaking manner, excellent listening skills, and the ability to handle customer queries effectively.
3. Office Staff (Documentation & Back Office)
Role: Managing project files, preparing solar subsidy documents, data entry, and coordinating with the technical team.
Requirements: Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel), strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
