Job Title: Resort Manager
Location: Bhopal
Position Overview: The Resort Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the resort, ensuring an exceptional guest experience while managing staff, budgets, and resources effectively. This role requires a dynamic leader with strong interpersonal skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to maintain high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Experience: Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction through personalized service and attention to detail.
Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise resort staff, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging professional development.
Financial Oversight: Manage the resort’s budget, monitor expenses, and implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, front desk, and food and beverage services.
Marketing and Sales: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and enhance the resort’s visibility in the market.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Problem Solving: Address guest complaints and operational issues promptly and effectively, maintaining a focus on resolution and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality management, preferably in a resort setting.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Knowledge of local tourism trends and attractions is a plus.
