Urgent Requirement- Safety officer for Aluminium Plant
Jharsuguda, Odisha

About the Role:
We are seeking experienced and dedicated Safety Officers to join our aluminium plant in Jharsuguda, Odisha. As a Safety Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the implementation and adherence to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address potential hazards
- Provide safety training and awareness programs for employees
- Investigate and document incidents and accidents, and recommend corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations and guidelines
- Collaborate with departmental heads to develop and implement safety policies and procedures

Requirements:
- PDIS (Post Diploma in Industrial Safety) with BSc or Diploma
- 1-2 years of experience as a Safety Officer in an industrial setup
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and lead safety initiatives

Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range: ₹18,000 - ₹20,000 per month (as per company norms)
- Accommodation and transportation provided
