Located at a sprawling area of 30 Acres with modern facilities for fabrication and galvanization of Transmission Line Tower Structures, Substation Structures, Poles, High Mast for Lighting. We are also manufacture mono pole, Octagonal or Polygonal pole with cross section up to 12 mtr long in single piece, which are suitable to be utilised in lighting, power transmission, Telecommunication and Railway Electrification and wind mill etc. Besides that company has got facilities for manufacture of High Mast for yard lighting, Stadium lighting all type of pre fabricated heavy steel structure and railway smart structure etc.

Utkal Galvanizers provide polygonal pole up to 12.5 m height in single segment & upto 40M height in multiple segments, design as per BS 5649 which is available both Foundation type & Grouting type . This has a very long life even in corrosive atmosphere for external & internal Hot Dip Galvanized coating. Currently, our capacity of production is 60,000 poles per year. We are exporting in the various countries in the world for Lighting, Distribution & transmission of electricity. Our Poles can also be used for Solar Panels. As a first, we have the facility in Eastern India & second in Pan India.

For roadway and highway lighting.
Circular or conical shape with heights from 3 M to 12 M.
With hot dip galvanize and painted finish.

Some typical power transmission tower configurations are given below.

With that we are also manufacture RSJ poles, H-pole and all type of lattice structure for transmission to lighting structure.
