Help Desk Systems
All types of Complain, Request, VAS & others calls will be
Logged in system, and one request no will be generate immediately to the user. help desk will revert to user with request no after completion of work. You can log your request through “Phone Call, SMS and E-mail. to any of our team member. Daily help desk summary will be share with and ASK– FS management through DSR (Daily Site Report). Daily shift wise staffing status will be share with Corporate / Industrial Clint head through SMS

Daily site report and Near miss report will be mail to Corporate / Industrial Client . Schedule & Checklist
New schedule cm checklist format will be started as per area / location wise, and the same will be display on area shop floor. After completion of every shift, ASK – FS shift supervisor will meet with concerned area in-charge and take an acknowledgement on checklist. MIS Report
Management Information Sheet will be share in every month to Corporate / Industrial Client Head. Award & Reward
