About the Role

We are offering a comprehensive internship program designed for B.Tech undergraduates (Final Year) and Diploma holders in Civil Engineering or Architecture. This is not just an internship; it is a pathway to permanent employment based on your performance and dedication.

What You Will Learn & Do

Our interns receive hands-on training in critical engineering and project management areas:

Technical Skills: Billing, Level 1 Estimation, and BOQ (Bill of Quantities) preparation.

Design & Planning: CAD Drafting and 2D Planning.

Field Experience: Site handling and supervision.

Professionalism: Client handling and communication.

Who Should Apply?

Freshers ONLY: Recent graduates or final-year B.Tech students needing an internship.

Education: B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering / Architecture.

Skills: Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and an analytical mind with high attention to detail.

Priority Locations: Candidates from Narabal, Beerwah, Pattan, Tangmarg, and Shalteng are strongly encouraged to apply.
