One of the prestigious projects, “Lakshmi Nivasa”, is beautifully crafted with a multiple usage building, featuring 2 shops and 2 nos 2BHK dwelling units, and a duplex house with 4 bedrooms for the building owner, along with luxurious office space, a well-planned terrace, an open kitchen for hosting small functions, one private room, and a lift. I extend my gratitude to Mr. Kumar, the esteemed owner of this project, who entrusted us with the design, providing us with the creative freedom to develop this remarkable project.
