The Annual General Body Meeting will be held on SATURDAY 31st October 2015 at Hotel Queensway park, No:4/40 ,Unnamalaiammal st,Noth Usman Road,(opp Sowbagya wet Griders office), T.Nagar, Chennai-600017 ph: 7299910008) to discuss and approve the following :



1) To analyze and approve the Balance Sheet for the Year

April 2013-March 2015.

2) To receive the past activities & review any other points to benefit the future activities of MMS

3)To appoint the auditor for next year and approve the hike in fees requested by him for next year.
