Cathodic protection is a technique used to control the corrosion of a metal surface by making it by the cathodic side of an electro-chemical Cell , Cathodic protection systems are used to protect a wide range of metallic structures like Ships, Boats, Tugs ,Oil Rigs, Pipelines, Offshore Platforms and Water Storage tanks.
