ABOUT SOLAR STREET LIGHTING SYSTEM
A Solar Module produces electricity when exposed to the Sun, then it charges a battery and releases to a load when required.
To promote plots layouts for advertisement concern STREET LIGHTING installation in your project lighting classified two perspectives.
1. STAND ALONE STREET LIGHTS:
Basically Stand alone systems are installed in the field. There is a pole which has Solar Module on the top, a Dome with light fitting, a Battery box with electronics and Battery in it. These products are commonly seen in decentralized light applications such as Road lights and Lighting at un-electrified locations etc.,
1. Cleaning of the Solar Modules needs careful attention as it is mounted on a single pole at a height of 12/15 feet and must be done every month as it is mounted in the field and dust accumulations can be fast.
2. Battery is charged only by Solar Module and therefore during rainy season this product will not work beyond 1 day of Autonomy and the light must be manually switched OFF during rainy season. If not the battery will be dead immediately
3. If the above 2 procedures are not done, then the life of the battery is not more than one rainy season
4. Even small level of dust on the Solar Module affects the performance.
5. Being a fixed model in future shadow may fall on the Solar Module if any adjacent tree grows or building comes up.
6. These are fixed products which cannot be shifted or modified.
2. CENTRALISED STREET LIGHTS
1. This is a very unique product which is suitable when you have number of lights one after another, for eg; Road lights, Compound wall lights, Roof top lights, etc. And when you need brighter lights, taller pole heights and easy maintenance and future upgrades are required.
2. We have successfully innovated and developed this product in a manner addressing all the drawbacks of Stand Alone Street Lighting system which are as follows
3. Cleaning of the Solar Module is easy as it is located in one location.
4. Battery is charged both by Solar and in rainy days by normal EB supply– thereby ensuring 365 days working and better Battery life.
5. We have combined energy conservation by making all the Street Lights illuminate in full brightness between 6.00 pm to 10.00 pm and only alternate lights works from10.00 pm to 6.00 am. It is also possible to make all the lights work with full brightness from 6.00 pm to 10.00 pm and 1/3 brightness from 10.00 pm to 6.00 am.
6. It is possible to have display banners on each street light pole as shown in the picture and have them convey message or sponsorship of corporate companies.
7. The systems are supplied with complete solar system with battery backup ,inverter , Poles with light domes , wiring of the each pole with the main inverter , Trenching and closing, Training and back up service.
